Lately, I've been seeing random number sizes, as in page 2 starting with replie 26, or page 5 starting with 73 (While I can vouch for the number 26, the 76 is a guess).

Although it still seems like arbitrary numbers are being chosen. I think I saw a second page start on relply 16 once.
