Is there a way to make this work on the PC version or is it just for Xbox and PS2?

Yeah, there's a PC cheat for it.
Press: Block, Autoface, Dark Gift Menu, Lookaround, Action, Dark Gift, Bloodsuck at the title screen. You'll hear Simon Templeman shout "Go cheese!" and then you must start a new game, I think. |

nevermind i just checked it myself, and it sort of does...the armor is still there but the sword is kinda gone, actually it's invisible and here's a screen to prove it.

Yeah, to get the sword back visibly, you have to go into mist form.

the sr cheat is a lot of fun, but i've gotten kinda bored with it since most enemies can be taken out with 2 hits. so how do i deactivate it?

Are you sure the enemies were getting up after you killed them? Is that something that only happens in the PS2 version?

That happened with us, too. My friend put in the cheat for the Soul Reaver, and spent most of the affected cut-scenes poking fun at the Reaver-through-Kain's-shoulder glitch. We argued a bit about whether it was through or on his shoulder, too. I said on, or possibly in.
Anyway, my favorite moment was in a cut-scene with Vorador, where Kain turned just enough that I could see into the Reaver. It was hollow, of course, and pointing directly at the viewer. = ) Oh, yeah. The cut scenes toward the end of the game tended to be laggy, so Kain and the others ended up looking like those martial arts movies' dubbees. It wasn't terribly annoying, those we did lose little bits of dialogue because of it. I think this may have been because of the cheats we put in - did anyone else have this problem? ***
